We need profile of personnel who have handled IT Vendors in projects.
Vendor Management:- Co-ordination with vendors as follows:
*Call logging for under warranty assets and follow up for the same
*Follow up for the data recovery / quotations.
*Follow up with respective vendor for service & repairing of non warranty assets.
Reports:-
*Daily & monthly report.
*Spare asset & pending call reports. Asset movement report.
*Department wise report.
*Reconciliation report for spares.
