Job Description :
In-charge (Civil) : Graduate Civil Engineers with 10-15 years of experience in EPC industry. Candidate must be good at Planning, Monitoring and execution of Projects within timelines. Hands on experience in preparation of Cash flows, Contract Management, mobilizing workforce at site and deliver project within the time and budgeted costs. Must be able to coordinate with customers / vendors / consultants and handling large workforce. Should be able to lead a team of Engineers and handle all aspects of Construction with strict compliance to the best quality and safety standards.
Construction Engineers/Supervisors (Civil) : Graduate Civil Engineers with 3-10 years / Diploma Civil Engineers with 5-15 years of experience in execution of industrial infrastructure
projects (Power / Steel / Water / Oil and Gas projects).
Surveyors : ITI/Diploma Civil Engineers with minimum 2 years of experience in surveying of Infrastructure Projects using Total Station. Knowledge of latest version of AUTO-CAD is essential.
Non-tech Supervisors : ITI or any other qualification with min 5 years hands on experience in supervision of Civil works such as Shuttering, Bar Bending, Concreting, Brick masonry, various types of flooring etc.
