Skill set required:
1)Experience of 10+ years across manual, automation and performance testing- Strong strategic and leadership skills
2) Should have managed concurrent complex and critical projects- 3) Should have handled large teams in a TCoE / managed services model
4)Should have onsite exposure and high client interfacing skills- 5) Excellent knowledge of end to end QA processes- Proficiency in tools - commercial and open source- Project Management skills
6) Excellent communication skills- Should be able to handle pre sales activities, respond to RFPs, strong solution skills
