Profile sourcing (various channels ); Profile screening and scheduling.
Coordinating all scheduling efforts with the line-managers ( facilitating the entire gamut of activities)
Managing end to end of recruitment ( administering the aptitude tests , structural interviews wherever necessary , assignment coordination and presentation , offer generation and closure – with necessary approvals)
Establishing a rapport with the business heads ;
Effective communication to understand new requirements
Creation of recruitment dashboards ; recruitment focused communication
Planning Recruitment follow up mechanisms ( indent tracking , Hr metrics - to plan buffer of resources; prepare Cost per Hire report etc.
Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
