Skills Specialization: C / C++ / .Net / Java / Oracle (Should be really strong in any of these languages)
Requirement Specification
A candidate needs to have aspiration towards teaching / training others in technological side
Good english communication skills
(FRESHERS WILL BE GIVEN 3 - 6 MONTHS TRAINING TO BECOME FULL-FLEGED FACULTY)
Interview Process:
1. Programming Test (Arrays, Multi dimensional arrays, Loops, Conditional Statements & Functions etc) (Paper Written Test for 30 Marks - 6 Programing based questions will be asked - You can write in any technical language)
2. Class room presentation (technical topic on your choice)
3. HR Interview
