Technical Support - Printers/Scanners
Virus Control
Desktop /Laptop Inventory
Hardware/ networking problem
Closing calls within SLA
Escalation handling
Coordinating with Asset tracker for maintenance of Asset Management.
Assigning CD Writer to engineers.
Mentoring FMSs teams unresolved issues.
Technical support for resource Allocation Management System Team.
Leading the FMS Team in absence of Team Leader.


Salary - 15K Depending on technical skills
