Candidates should be physically & mentally fit. Age: 18+ no upper limit.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should be able to diffuse/control volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support.
Candidates should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support to clients.
Note: We offer group/individual training for cracking BPO interviews.
