4. MVC frameworks including Spring
5. Integrated Development Environments including Rational Application Developer and Eclipse
7. SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), JDBC
5. JAXB, Web Services
6. ORMs (ie. Hibernate)
8. JUnit, TDD
9. Knowledge of and experience using common design patterns
11. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
12. Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
