User support, windows server support, desktop troubleshooting, user management in Active directory,
- Configuration & troubleshooting of Microsoft outlook, local & network printer configuration & troubleshooting
- Antivirus installation & troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Application software related issues
- Linux installation and desktop troubleshooting.
- Network realed troubleshooting. Application softwares installation / troubleshooting.
- Maintenance system admin, documents, reports, inventory, Vendor management, IT purchases.
- Windows Administration, Active Directory, Remote/Terminal Services, Set up, Configure, manage and troubleshoot hardware devices Like Printer & Scanner, drivers and optimizing System performance, reliability and availability.
- Set up, configure & troubleshoot client and server computers, Manage data storage, shared resources, and permissions,
- Configuring network infrastructure, services for interoperability.
- Must have working exp. on LAN WAN.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems,
- Working knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills on Windows Xp Sp3/Windows7, printer/scanner.
- Hands on experience on Active Directory domain configuration and troubleshooting, Ms-Outlook or any other mail client configuration.
- Knowledge of hardware install, build and troubleshoot of Dell and Non Dell Laptops/desktop and servers.
- Candidate is preferred from Gurgaon location
