2. Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network
3. Educating the candidate about the job profile
4.Interviewing the candidate and screening.
5. Follow up of the candidate until he turns into a joinee Closing the requirements in the given time.
6. Handle the whole recruitment cycle.
Desired candidate profile:
1. Should possess Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Candidate must be aggressive self-motivated multitasking with strong organizational skills and
attention to detail.
3. Good sourcing skills.
4. Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
5. Must be an independent worker with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
6. Candidates with good communication skills and a pleasing personality. Experience in ITES Recruitments would be an added Advantage.
7. MBA HR freshers with good communication are also preferred.
