1.Job Title : Technical Sales Executive
No. of openings: 30
Shift: 24 X 7 (6 week off in a month)
Job Description:
Ø Troubleshoot for technical issues related to computers, peripherals, scanners and printers
Ø Providing technical assistance to international clients
Ø Should focus on selling of Annual/Per incident plan
Ø Technical Sales process(Only voice based) receive the calls of the Customers, Solve their query, up-sell the product
Ø Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets
Ø Interaction with customers located in the USA/UK/Canada over the phone (Outbound process)
Desired Profile:
Ø Experience in sales(Voice) or Fresher would also work.
Ø Good understanding of Technicalities of Computers/ Operating System/Antivirus
Ø Excellent communication skills in English
Ø Must be a graduate or pursuing graduate
Ø Must be a self starter, confident and should possess good convincing abilities
Location : No cabs in West , North & Central Delhi and Gurgaon , Faridabad, rest everywhere cab facility is provided.
Salary Range: 10-14K only
Cabs/Meals would be provided
