Sr Executive/Benefit Ops Administrator - Noida
Responsibilities:-
Identifies process improvement opportunities
Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place
Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up
Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks
Executes year-end processing
Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process
Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing inquires
Specifications:-
Graduate in BA, BBA, BSc and B.Com
(No Full-Time MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/B.Ed
2 - 4 years of work experience after graduation in BPO industry.
Undergrad Experience will not be considered.
Basic Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
Good Communication Skills
Flexibility to work in 24*7 environment (night shifts)
