Job Description :
Position: Call center Executive.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fresher or Candidate’s with experience in Call center.
Candidate with experience in international call center is preferred.
Job Description:
Ø Responsible for handling calls, solving customer queries.
Ø Advising people of UK on the right utility partner, thus enable them to save money.
Ø Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
Ø Updating customers on latest information about the products & services.
Work Timings:
UK shift. During week day’s 4 pm to 1.30 am.
On Saturday’s 2.30pm to 11.30pm. ( 2 saturdays Off)
Off on all Sundays.
Training:
15 days training session will be conducted from the date of joining. This includes soft skills and process training.
CTC: Best in the Industry. Also Appraisal’s done twice in a year.
Incentives: Attractive Incentives. (Incentives are provided on achieving targets at various levels)
