Purpose of Role: - ADM will be recruting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Desired Profile
* Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales of insurance products. Preferably from Mutual fund, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Broking, and Bank(off roll candidates from general insurance can be considered).
