Position Title: Application Engineer – Tech Support
Functional Area: CAD / CAM / PLM Software’s.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors Degree (Mech), MBA (Marketing) would be preferred

Experience: minimum of 1 to 3yrs
Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad & Pune

Description:

Candidate will be majorly responsible for providing comprehensive technical Post Sales support to customers including: Product installation, Training customers on product usage, providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Discussion to the customer end on CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM
• Demonstration to the customer end on CAD/CAE/PDM
• Presentation to the customer on CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM
• Installation of CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM software’s
• Providing corporate training to the Customer
• Looking towards the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities of CAD/CAE/PDM

Requirement:

• Providing Technical Support for pre & post sales for CAD/CAE/PDM
• Providing Technical Support for AutoDesk, Siemens, Altair products would be preferred
• Providing technical support and tool support to customers in projects.
• Preferred mechanical engg background
• He should have good communication skills. 
• Should be willing to travel to any place in India and abroad, if needed on short or long durations.
