-Overview
The HR BPO Business Analyst is a Subject Matter Expert within the team responsible to ensure timely collation of data from various sources, ongoing BAU Ist level reporting, and analysis of critical nature. The Business Analyst also works with the Operations Manager (OM/SM or DM) on complex process involving many calculations and decision making on complex issues. He will be accountable for timely delivery of the inputs to members in the team for various project/ deliverables.
Responsibility Areas
- Domain Knowledge
- Should have basic process and domain knowledge of HRBPO - Processes and structure
- Needs to be well versed with "MS Office & Analytical tools
Should be well versed with VBA"
"Excel Advance Knowledge: Lookup Functions, Logical functions, Date & Time Functions, Statistical Functions, Goal Seek, Array, Database and Solver
Logical and Mathematical Reasoning
Well conversant with Access Basic Functions: Table creation/maintenance, Forms, Reports."
Comfortable writing and working with complex formulae.
Work Location: Gurgaon
Eligibility Criteria :
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience of at least 3 years in similar profile
Skills Required :
Ability to clearly capture and document stakeholders requirement
Actively identify, learn & share best practices and process improvements with the team
Adequate analytical skill for decision making
Technical Skills :
Should have advanced MS- Office ( Word, Access, Excel ,Visio ) Applications knowledge to be able to create reports out of the data dump using tools like pivot, graphs etc
Competencies:
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks / deliverables effectively with minimum supervision
Quick Learner and good data interpretation skill,
Good understanding of the work in hand and should be able to prioritize accordingly.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Team player
Ability to deep dive into issues and research in detail
Excellent learning agility.
