Designation: Jr./Desktop Engineer (Service Desk Coordinator)

Job profile :
Maintaining devices like CCTV, Access control machines,Video conferencing and service desk.
Maintain up time and Monitoring CCTV & Access Control
Taking backup of Servers
Logging complaints on the Service Desk plus and distributing to technicians
Maintaining backup inventory
Resolving CCTV and Access Control issues by coordinating with the Vendors and team.
In addition to the above, this profile covers Managing and Maintaining Non IT (UPS/CCTV/VIDEO CONF/Access Controllers) Assets in to service desk Asset Module.
Note:
Candidates already appeared for the test in last six months are not eligible.
Desired Profile
- B.Sc (Computers or IT) or BCA Graduate with minimum 01 year experience in Tech Support.
- Excellent in troubleshooting & networking.
- Good analytical skills
