Job Responsibilities:
Develops statements of problems and requirements, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment.
Prepares flow charts and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis.
Responsible for preparing design documentation.
Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents software according to Dells systems standards, policies and , procedures, security and compliance requirements .
Prepares test data for unit, string and parallel testing.
Analyzes business needs and creates defines software solutions including custom developed and off the shelf software.
Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements
Skillset Required:
Minimum 4 + years of experience in Asp.Net, C#, Ajax
* Experience in C#, ASP.Net 3.5/4.0 and web based applications.
* Strong knowledge in SQL server.
* Knowledge in SharePoint, JQuery, WCF/WPF/MVC
* Superior customer service mindset. Commitment to excellent customer service is a must.
* Capability to handle software implementation and handle use training (Techno-functional kind of person) - including preparation of training outlines, of Customer specific business requirements and reporting, based on customer specifications and established standards * Consult with Customers to determine and review software, or system functional specifications and obtain initial Customer sign-offs prior to system installation
* Capability to create required technical documents for development.
* Excellent communication skill
