Responsible for academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
Advise students about college majors, admission requirements, entrance exams, and financial aid, etc.
Handling Students queries, providing information to them related to different courses available.
Managing the pre-admission enquiries.
Follow up with the students
Generate walk-ins by coordinating with marketing staff
Facilitate enrollments by counseling the enquiries
Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
Tele calling & follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.
.Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
