 Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows XP, vista, Windows 7). 
 Remote hardware troubleshooting.
 Support on windows networking (wired and wireless). 
 Remote connectivity tools.
 DNS & DHCP.
 Performance troubleshooting.
 File and printer sharing services. 
 Users and groups management.
 Antivirus and Anti-spam installation and troubleshooting.
 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanner and peripheral devices.
